24/XII/19 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent), shared @ home, BB: II/2021, LOT19045 - (2019-2204)
Clear dark brown beer, creamy dense beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of overripe banana, some liquorice, caramel, sugary impression. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet and sugary start, caramel, sweet overripe banana, little metallic, banana peel. Aftertaste: soft roast, dry finish, bit grassy, soft hop bitterness, alcohol, dead yeast (autolyse?).

13/10/2018 - tasting glass shared with rubin77 and some friends @ Bless Bierhappening, Zottegem. Dark brown, with tanned head. Nose is dark malts, hint of roast caramel, dark fruits. Taste is sweet caramelly dark malts, bit roast, sweet dark fruits, some spice. Damn, at this point one of the best new beers @the Bless happening for me. Maybe just a bit more roast would be perfect for me. Correct dark for me.
