As “Polička Záviš Ležák 12° Unfiltered” F: big, white, long lasting. C: deep gold, clear. A: malty, bit bready, bit vegetables, bit caramel. T: malty, bready, caramel, taste is better than aroma, medium body and carbonation, not bad enjoyed, from tap @ U Hasiča in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Bottle from Pezinská pivná pumpa. Quite nice pilsner even though I drank better from Polička. It must be much better on tap.

0,5l from tap at pivni opice, brno shared by a friend. Light yellow light hazy colour, small white head. Smells ripe fruits, light apples, but acidic, light sweetness. medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes of grains, light fruits, Apples, some sweetness, bit fruity. Finishes rather balanced with notes of apples and grains. Good.

Clear deep blond beer, creamy white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: citrus, sweet malts, bit fruity, yeasty touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, very malty, grains, hay, some banana, bitter hops. Aftertaste: very malty, hay, some caramel, grains, fruity, more banana, little watery, sweet, some marzipan.

Draught @ Kulovy Blesk, Prague. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, little sweetness, grassy hops. Flavor is malt, yeast, grain, hay, grassy hops, slight sourness, Medium body, lively carbonation. 180414

18/11 Draught at Hrom Do Police, Prague. It poured hazy golden body with medium sized head. Light, slightly sourish grass hop and bread malty aroma. Similar flavor, only a bit sourish, mostly bitterish, dry, dominated by bread malt. Thinner in body, but pleasant, with shorter dry grass and cardboard finish. Fine enough, a pleasant local pils, but not great.

Draught at Prague Beer Museum on June 5, 2011As "Policka Zavis Nefiltrovany 12"Cloudy straw yellow color, small white head. Spicy scent. Thin malty taste, a bit acidic. Thin mouthfeel, low bitterness.I don’t think it’s supposed to taste this way, but when telling the bartender this much I got back that yes, it was, so I’ll type in the rating.
