Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up at 100 Beers. Pours clear copper-caramel with a creamy tan head that fades quickly. The flavour has some toasted grains and brown bread, lightly tangy berries, soft leafy bitter notes. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with notes of brown bread, cranberry, nips of earth. Not bad.

F: medium, pale tanned, average to poor retention. C: dark brown to dark, opaque. A: malty, herbal, bit caramel, dark bread, hint of roasted tones. T: malty, bit red fruits, herbal, dry on the palate, bit coffee, bit too watery, medium body and lower carbonation, not bad but quite simple for me, 33cl bottle from 100 Beers in Sofia, Bulgaria.
