Sampled on nitro at the brewery, pour a milky, opaque black with some nice, creamy, khaki head. Nose has malt, cocoa powder, toast, oats are there, roasty. Flavor is lightly sweet, some caramel, malt, toast, chewy grains, chewy oats. Finishes creamy and dry. Well done.

F: big, tanned, good retention. C: dark, opaque. A: dark malts, chocolate, cocoa, bit roasted tones, mocha, bit fruity. T: roasted malts, cocoa, bit mocha, bit earthy, dark fruits, medium dry on the palate, medium to full body, lower carbonation, for such ABV very nice, enjoyed, 33cl bottle (5%) from 100 Beers in Sofia, Bulgaria.

330mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a medium beige head. Nose brings out earthy malt, light cocoa powder and some metallic notes. Flavour is similar, bringing out bitter cocoa powder upfront, followed by earthy malt. This is just not dialed in properly - bitter, sludgy and a bit metallic. Needs some work.

Shared with lovely Anja and Our K&K Igor in Sofia, Bulgaria. Dark brown, small tan head. Metallic and roasty, light coffee. Roasty and tart. Light body, soft carbonation, light finish. Doesn't feel like a breakfast stout.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Almost black, dark beige head. Roasted grains, with a little of those, you know, smelly notes, covered with green hops. The taste has roasted malts, moderate dark caramel, some carbonic acidity and moderate hoppy/wormwood bitterness. Simple, unpretentious, ok.
