Keyaki. Light spice, banana, creamy. Very nice weizen. Light and easy drinking. Has everything I want from it.

Keyaki Spring 2016. Gold with a pillowy whit head. Light clove and nutmeg aromas with the regular banana bread notes. Creamy on the palate. Easy drinking another great Japanese weizen. Another pleasant surprise at Keyaki Spring. --- Beer merged from original tick of Tazawako Weizen on 15 May 2016 at 15:31 - Score: 7

On tap at Molto Stand. Very pale straw gold with an inch of filmy foam. Big yeasty fruity aroma, light cloves. Smooth, relatively soft carbonation nice mouthfeel. The taste is banana bread & cloves. Very nice. It seemed like the keg was served in top form.

Draught at the Great Japan Beer Festival, Osaka, 2011. Tangy, citrus nose with just a little banana, some cloves. Quite pale yellow color. Rather full wheat flavor, quite bitter, with citrus and a little banana. Decent but not rally impressive.

A very pale color, with a quick disappainting head. Does not look tempting. The nose is surprisingly resilient with solid notes of banana and cloves. Moderately balanced, light body, clovey. Finishes a bit watery and dry, but still manages to be a decent beer.
