Sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces. Wildeman, tap. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, cheesecake, funky grainy and fruity. Moderate sweet and quite bitter. Over medium body and soft carbonation. Pretty funky DIPA.

Bottled (Spontaneous KSMT tasting). Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet fruitiness, nectar and some slight wooden notes. Flavour is fruits, some slight spices, mild tartness as well as some slight alcohol and sweetish malts. Quite pleasantly balanced. Somewhat dry palate.

Hopfiger, mild brettiger Antrunk. Spritzig, deutlich steigende Herbe. Vollmundig, der frische Hopfen bleibt noch lange erhalten. Weich, gut. 10/10/10/10//10

0.33l bottle. It's somewhat to my surprise a crystal clear one this. Golden shiny in color and on the top, a medium sized mildish foamy off-white head. Like this aroma. Super brett all the way. Hard to explain, but it's almost apply. Like a well aged cider. Lots of hop goodness also here and I hate to say it, but it smells almost a little barn-like. Manure and horsey sawdust. I'm not a big fan of that description and try to use it as little as possible, but it's definitely present here - in a good way. It's fruity, peach sweet. Just really interesting and definitely different. Tastes all bretted up also. Not bone but still pretty darn dry this! It's just about average, perhaps average+ on the carbonation and it's nice and oily in the mouth. Grassy almost, lots of dry hoppy dustiness. Soft sour small green unripe apples and a dry long lasting tail. Yeah, I enjoyed this one. Really different. 14.10.2016
