Keg at Borefts Day 2 23/09/2017. A fluoro pink red coloured pour with a frothy pink head. Aroma is tart, smoked cherrt, woody berries, black currant. Flavour is composed of tart plu,s. cherry, raspberry, strawberry, woody dry finish. Palate is sour and tangy, tannin, airy carbonation. Very nice.

Bottle. Deep red color. Fruit yoghurt in the aroma. Raspberry and cassis. Very fruity sour flavor. Raspberry is more upfront, cassis follows, briefing some tannines. Fruit yoghurt finish.

Borefts IX, Day 2. Keg. Hazy cherry red beer, tink pink head. Light palate, dry, decent fine carbonation. Tart generic fruits, some lemon, maybe some cherry. Quite a punchy tart finish. A little sharp for my palate.

Draught @ 9th. BBF 2017 [ 9th Borefts Beer Festival 2017 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Tommie Sjef Framboos Cassis ].Unclear medium red colour with a small, fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy raspberry, blackcurrant, farmyard, funky. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, blackcurrant, raspberry, tart, funky, dark berries. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170922] 8-3-8-3-17

Weich säuerlicher Beginn mit milden Himbeernoten. Rund, im Mittelteil bekommt die Säure einen Essigstich, das Bier insgesamt bleibt aber wässrig. Schade. 10/8/10/9//9

Red purple colour with foamy head. Aroma and flavour are packed full of blackcurrants. Tart but not overly sour.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017. A hazy purple beer with a small white head. Aroma of red fruits, cherries, raspberries. Taste of tart raspberries, cherries, blueberry.

Tap. Hazy ruby color with no head. Aroma is raspberries, cassis woody, leathery and earthy funk. Taste is raspberries, woody, cassis, lactic, tannic finish. Super juicy, flat. Very good!
