Very pale. Bubbly. Smells woody. Quite sweet, juicy. Clean and fresh-tasting.

From a 750 ml bottle. Faint, surprisingly dry aroma of fresh apples plus a bit of dust. Bubbly pale amber color. Rather innocuous apple flavor. Fresh and clean, not as sweet as expected, which is good. Round, mellow mouth without too much carbonation. Drinkable but nothing special.
