Can at Matsukawa Saketen. A deeper amber gold than the Suntory. More of a grainy rough smell. Taste is similarly rough maltiness at first then caramel/toffee. It is ok but I preferred the Suntory fall beer.

Amber. Bright. A little bit of head. A toasty, crystal malt aroma. Reasonably full body. Biscuity, chewy, crackery but overall kind of lame.

Draught at Q-Brick. 2009 version. It was a secret beer, and I swore it was an alt. Lovely reddish amber color. Fruity, caramel aroma. rounded, somewhat sweet, fruity flavor. Very ale-like. A nice beer, much better than from the can.

Canned. Clear amber, rich head. Sourish and fruity. Light-mdeium bodied with plenty of tinny syrup. Some resiny hops are present, fur the most it’s stays meakly fruity and disharmonious.

Light amber color, but disappainting head. Skuny light struck nose. Grainy start and crappy finish. Why did they bother?

Bottle shared by diajokey at a recent gathering. Clear copper color, corny-malt with some nuttiness. Light beer, watery, boring. Just kind of a nothing beer, so prototypical.
