Bottled 330ml. -from Harpf Brunico. Hazy orange coloured, medium sized off-white head, citrusy and mild spicy alcoholic nose. Sweet malty, caramel, alcohol, touch of oranges and peach with herbal notes in the finish. Bit boozy and sweet.

Tap @ Wildeman. Golden color. Malt, honey, tea leaves and mint in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor, herbal with tea leaves and pineapple clearly present.

Bottle at Julep. Pours somewhat hazy amber. Aroma is hoppy and promises a bitter beer. A classic west coast IPA. Malty with quite some fruit. Medium body. Flavour is quite malty and sweet, with loads of herbal hops. Quite a lot of exotic fruit (guava, lychees) and grapefruit. A really good west coast style IPA, even if it doesn't stand out too much. Underrated though.

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Dorata, lievemente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note agrumate e di pompelmo, melone, malto, lievi note erbacee. In bocca ha una base di malto media, dolce, con finale amaro medio. Corpo medio-alto, carbonazione media. Un po' old style e senza particolari spunti.

Sentori di luppolo e fruttato vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione bassa. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano note di miele, fieno bagnato, frutta secca, luppolo, resina e agrumi.
