Boon 2 Year Unblended Lambiek, draft at Davo Bar Arnhem. Color: Clear golden, no head. Taste: Over moderate tart, light bitterness, nice wild yeast horseblanket and farmyard funk, fruity citrus notes. Dry-ish mouthfeel. No carbonation. Nice.
