As 2-year Unblended Oude Lambiek Foeder #76. Tap. Dark golden, clear. Good aroma: pleasant wildness, pleasant acid, fruity, a little hay, mighty, a little lemon and wood. Taste: moderately sour, slightly apple, slightly carbonated, pleasant, soft, slightly fruity, a little lemon, cool stuff.

Boon 2 Year Unblended Lambiek, draft at Davo Bar Arnhem. Color: Clear golden, no head. Taste: Over moderate tart, light bitterness, nice wild yeast horseblanket and farmyard funk, fruity citrus notes. Dry-ish mouthfeel. No carbonation. Nice.
