At Shirayuki taproom/brewery. Part of the 780 yen tasting set, a great deal! A light clear gold with a big foamy head that disappears fast but leaves behind nice lacing. The aroma is grains, fruity & possibly slightly sour. The taste is malty biscuit, fruity yeasts but quite light with a crisp bitter finish. Quite nice but super light. Revisiting it once it warmed up you get much more of a classic Belgian bond feel which boosted my impression of this brew.

Very pale yellow color with a fine head, turning to lace. A bit cloudy. Sweet, faint aroma with lots of Belgian yeast. Thin, sweetish flavor, seems to have coriander and citrus added, light malt, strong taste of Belgian style yeasts. Very light—too thin and light, although decent. Good fruit, ok hops. Fruity, slightly hoppy finish. Should be much stronger and maltier Like a light pilsner with a Belgian touch. The least impressive of their beers.
