Cask at the taproom. Deep golden color. Light malts and hops, and some fruits. The hops come through more in the flavor, fruits, and light herbal notes. Excessively refreshing. This one really hit the spot and I had to order a second to drink outside. Would love to see this become a regular...

This beer kinda came out of nowhere. Bryan has never made this type of beer before, as far as I know, and this was great. Golden, amber color, soft hoppy nose of oranges and apples. The hops shine ever more in the mouth with a lovely mouthfeel. Light bodied, but sufficient backbone to make this well balanced. Refreshing. Moderate bitterness in the end. Smooth. Very lovely.

Cask at Baird Naka-Meguro Taproom. Haz pale amber. Fruity peppermint and yuzu aroma. Mid-sweet, soft and gentle with light to medium body. Juicy and complex with citrus and wheat malt. Balanced late juicy bitterness. Pleasant all the way.

Handpump at the Taproom. Cloudy dark golden color with a tight head. Strong, spicy, peppery hop aroma, with light golden malts. Flavor is lemony, with some honey. Very creamy, with citrus. Complex, slightly sweet but well-balanced. Very impressive. Full-on flavor, complesx, great balance. Sweet, but big hops in there too. Best of the day.
