Clear gold with a frothy white head. Decent citrus and a touch of earthy and peel notes. Earthy and peel in the hops and a decent bitterness. Hops are a touch earthy, but otherwise well crafted.

Can from Le Collier, straight from the can. Aroma is good, citrus and malty. Taste similar, initial malty bite with a lemony finish. Pretty good. Very easy drinking. Touch of sweetness too.

Part of a set on Rakuten direct from the brewery, bottle. It pouredwith a slight foamy head and has a rich golden red color. It has a clean slightly bitter taste that is quite refreshing. Served straight out of the fridge it had hardly any aftertaste. I like the mild carbonization. Very drinkable, a solid pale ale.

Draught at the Tanabata Beer Festa Toyama, 2010. Darkish brown color. Earthy, chocolate aroma. Rather rich malt flavor with nice hop balance. Earthy, rich, tasty. Cascade hops only, but their typical citrus flavor is very subdued.

Bottled (I really hope this is the one I tasted...) Hazy amber, creamy head. Rich citric nose with kumquat and lychees. Fairly sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Fragile caramelly malt rest under generous amounts of floral, perfumy kumquat-like hops. Balanced bitter finish. Very aromatic and edgeless. Really good!
