Bottle from the Brewery picked up as an omiyage for my wife at Craft Beer Live 2015. It pours a lovely cloudy gold with a big bready banana weizen nose with fruity clove notes. A bit light bodied. The taste is somewhat cardboard, see and tart with bready banana & light clove notes. A fairly decent weizen that I look forward to trying on tap sometime.

On tap at the brewery. Golden with a touch of orange. Medium head, rather cloudy. Stong fruit and wheat malt aroma, medium sweetness, with bananas, citrus, and cloves. Great fruit flavors, banana, citrus, yeast. A bit sour, medium sweetness. Lacks the strong yeast signature of their barley beers. Dryish finish of wheat malt, fruit, and spice. Great balance, rather light, very fruity and good dryness. Medium body and lighter carbonation.

Slightly hazy golden color. Very clovey with what reminded me of banana cream pie, though the bananas were not so strong. Not as balanced as I hoped. A cream pie finish.
