Bottle. Pours slightly hazy pink with a light pink head. Aroma of sour and sweet berries, wood. Taste is both sour and sweet raspberries, tart fruit, light oaky. Thin body, lively carbonation, dry tart finish. 300312

Bottle shared with (and courtasy of) Palme, thanks! Pours a hazy red colour with a light pink small and frothy head. Very sour aroma with sour and bitter berries being the most dominant, but I sense also some oak. In the mouth it�s surprisingly rich, and with more of this long lasting sour and bitter berries that reminds me mostly of red currants. Heavy carbonation and the beer feels crispy on the tongue, and a bit dry in the end. This is a tasteful and good beer, naturally dominated by berries but still pleasant and fresh.

Re-ratet at Sundbytunet 5. may 2012. (This time with a no fault bottle). Clear, deep red body with a decent white head. Quite mild aroma of bruit/berries with a hint of caramel. Flavor has both raspberries and artificial raspberry candy and balanced acidity. Medium body and decent aftertaste. Drinkable but certainly not the real stuff.
Sampled at Nærbø Ølfestival. Brownish pink body with a small off-white head. Aroma is quite mild and a bit synthetic fruity with hint of phenol. Flavor is acidic with synthetic raspberries and some strange fruit with rubber flavor, not very nice. Medium body. Something went wrong with this one. 6-3-4-3-9

No head left, clear deep red beer. Smells of childrens’ sweets, rice cakes, and (real) red fruit. Tastes a bit sweetish, but very nice, again the fruit comes over as quite real. Refreshing mouthfeel, titillating palate. Pretty good fruitbeer!

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, + sample at Ølmessen Nærbø. ABV is 5.5%. Pink colour, pours fizzy with a moderate to low pinkish-white head, which disappears completely after a while. Aroma of both sourish and over-ripe raspberries, hints of solvent. Sour flavour, notes of sour raspberries, hints of lemons, minimal hops. Sourish-fruity aftertaste.

Bottled. A murky dark red beer with a pinkish head. The aroma has notes of cherries and straw, as well as light notes of phenols. The flavor is sweet with notes of cherries and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma with nice touch of raspberries. Moderate bitter flavor. Strong nice raspberry notes. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice beer.

Bottle at Pikkulintu in Helsinki, July 2011. Hazy reddish with a small head. Aroma and taste of mainly raspberries. Also some light spices. Drinkable, but on the thin side. Too much carbonation. Not that sour.
