Keg at Craft Beer Co Islington. It pours hazy deep red with a quickly dissipating white head. The nose is tangy, raspberry jam, sherbet and candy. The taste is initially tart, sour red berry, sherbet, sharp lemon and Granny Smith apple with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Good sweet-sour balance. Not a whole lot to it but rather delicious and utterly drinkable!

Craft Clerkenwell. Almost clear deep red beer, residual pale pink head! Palate is crisp and dry. Lightly tart raspberry jam! Flirts with being sour but never follows through. Finishes semi dry and crisp. One dimensional raspberry beer but a tasty one.

Hazy red-amer color with small head. Aroma of raspberries, what else? A bit sour and jammy, whiff of acetic acid. Light body; highly carbonated; some fruits, but the mouthfeel is very dry and the acidity very high, too much, without balance; lemony final.
It probably evolved in the wrong direction in these last months.

Bottle. Hazy, pink liquid with small light pink head. Aroma of raspberries, yoghurt/lacto, mango, horse blanket and lemons. Taste is dry and medium to high bitter with notes of raspberries. lemons and minerals. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Nice, but a bit too sour. Not really balanced. Also, a bit too much lactic acid.

0.5l bottle shared with Fofferen @ Naboen. So this one actually exists here i Norway? Thought there were no bottles left. The pour on this one is deep blurry red - with a little bit of brown as well, and a big pink and lasting head. Not extremely sweet, but quite subtle and gentle. Tones of raspberries, lemon, sugar and green herbs. It's quite sour in the flavor this one! I was surprised. Expected something like Liefmans Fruitesse, but did not get that at all. Sour raspberries and cherries, some red currants, lots of lemon and a not so pleasant light metallic tone in the finish. Maah, not sure what I think of this.. Probably wont't buy this again. 15.03.2012
