Keg at Craft Clapham, 12/12/13. Murky blackcurrant smoothie shades of red with thin light crimson edgework. Nose is tarte raspberry, light smoke, tarte berry fruits, straw steeped in lightly soured berry jus. Taste carries a little smoke up front, zingy raspberries, subtle lactic, tarte berry fruit, light musty woody lick. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tangy tarte berry closure. Very decent for style, has fruit lambic leanings. Nice.

Bright red with a white head - sour berry aroma - good berry flavour with a sour taste as well - sour berry finish that lasts for some time - this was very nice

500 ml bottle. Pours a hazy red color with light white head. Aromas of strawberry jam and green wood. Flavors of strawberries and raspberries with light malts. Quite carbonated. tart but not overly sour.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark red brown with a small head. Aroma is cherries, black currants and dark berries, as well as notes of tannins, wood and rope. Normal body with average carbonation. Flavour is light sour and tart with cherries and a short tart fruity finish.

Frisk fruktig lukt med preg av malt, humle, friske bringebær, gras, kalk. Frisk lett syrlig smak med preg av malt humle, friske bringebær, sure epler, syregras, kalk. Middels bitterhet og lengde. Grei.

Frisk och syrlig med mycket hallonsmak och toner av humle och lingonsylt. Lagom söt, hade förväntat mig en aning mer surhet. Lång eftersmak med ett uns jord- eller unken ton.

500ml Bottle - Red with a pinky white head. Raspberries, almonds and perfumed soap in the aroma. Tangy, fruity, sweet and slightly tart taste with raspberry am, syrup and cherries detected.

Flaska från SB. Rödvinsfärgad, lågt rosa skum som snabbt försvinner. Stor sötsyrlig hallondoft. Sötsyrlig i bra balans, snäll syra stor hallonsmak som liknar riktig hallonsaft. Smakerna klingar ut ganska snabbt och eftersmaken är helt snnorlunda med en lite småunken ton och aningen gräsig humle. Riktigt god.

Keg at CBC Islington - London. Actually it’s a really nice beer. Pours deep red with a small, foamy white head. Stern, with good tangy fruits. Moderate sweetness and juicy raspberries. Good body and carbonation. Clean, tangy and fresh raspberry finish. Quite drinkable.
