33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Albert Heijn Zwolle. Hazy light yellow with a white head. Saison yeast aroma with some white pepper. Taste is medium bitter with some sweetness. Body is quite thin. Decent saison.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy gold, thick frothy white head. Taste: Medium sweet, wheat, yeasty, pepper, spices, grassy. Overall a pretty mild taste. Dry mouthfeel. Bittery finish.

Bottle @ home. Hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Smells fresh, slightly wheaty, hoppy, fruity, floral. Tastes fresh, wheaty, hops, grassy.. Tastes a bit like a Van Moll brew. Medium body, medium carbo. Nice.

Flesje gedeeld met familie bij de Bomkelder. Bleek gelig bier met veel schuim. Weinig aroma, ietsje kruidig. Smaak is hoppig en iets zuur. De zure smaak ebt snel weg.

Dobre, tresciwe i smacznie wygladajace piwo. Bardzo konkretne i wyraziste w smaku. Piana spora trwala, bardzo metne, Gryzacy i przyprawowy smak, pieprz i imbir oraz troche nut owsiano-pszenicznych. Niezwykle urokliwe piwo.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 14 Sep 2016) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with citrus, gooseberries and dry white wine. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, white wine, oak wood and a dry, fairly tart finish with low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Interesting and tasty. Quite enjoyable.

Bottled at SBWF. Clear golden, small head. Buckwheat and elderflowers up front. Mid dry with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Elderflowers, notes of marzipan and lemon. Low bitterness.
