Keeping the body light and tight for that classic Köolsch crushability at 4.4%, we've added new hoppy dimensions with varieties BRU-1 and El Dorado.
Hazy gold in appearance, floral and lightly spicy on the nose, with berry and stone fruit notes on the palate. This is a crisp lager bier with light malt sweetness and clean bitterness.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours lightly hazy gold with a tight, creamy topping. Tasty beverage, has notes of dried biscuits, some crispy pale grains, straw, lemon rind. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Good balance in the finish, more crispy biscuits, a few pine needles, lemon peel, soft grass and hay. Sound.

Keg at Southampton Arms. Pale gold, hazy, with a lacy head. Nose of lemon, pineapple, soft malts. Soft biscuit malt flavor, bread, sweet orange and pineapple. Very juicy hops. Interesting. The malt and body are a kolsch, the hops are like a NE IPA. Fun.
