on tap leggero ambrato discreta schiuma abbastanza persistenza cereale terroso lieve frutta matura amara piuttosto contenuto radice leggero biscotto

Handpump @So Good (Rome). Ambrata, limpida, schiuma bianco-sporca media. Al naso leggero odore di zolfo che svanisce quasi del tutto dopo pochi minuti, note di malto, biscotto, note erbacee, lieve citrico. In bocca ha una base di malto medio-leggera con buono spunto amaro. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Buona.
