On tap at the brewery pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice smoke meat kick and some grain. Taste is more of the nice smoke forward notes and some some light grass hops.

Can. Poured a mostly clear yellow color, pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma was big smoked malts. Flavor was light chewy, jerky, meat, liquid smoke. At DCBeer share.

Tap at the brewery in Austin, Texas, 29th February 24. Pours a clear light straw colour. Aroma is light smoke and citrus, taste is clean, refreshing, light smoke and bitter. Very good actually

Smoke and strong new plastic nose. Clear yellow, medium head, nice lace. Smoke and bread crust, plastic overtones, dry. Light body, moderate carbonation. Pairs quite well with chex mix.

On tap at Snallygaster. Clear gold big white head. Smoke sausage and briny oyster. Malt is there and there's light sweetness but it's so smooth. 7 5 7 4 13

Sample at GABF 2023. Slightly hazy yellow color, white head. Aroma of burning bacon. taste is smoky meaty light straw and light lemon. Very tasty.

A: clear pale golden, thin, off-white head.
A: apple peel, potato, jute, straw.
T: restrainedly sweetish apple, grain, wheat, minerals.
F: soft grassy hops, some bitter straw.
P: light to medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Low ABV and body effectively underwhelming the taste sensation here, too bad. Hardly any smoke.
