このIPAは一斉を風靡したNelson Sauvinというニュージランド産のホップにフォーカスを当てたIPAです。
Freakin Sauvin、つまりネルソンソーヴィンの香りを心ゆくまで楽しめる味わいです。白ブドウに例えられる非常に個性的な香りが特徴のホップですが、ややボディを強めに仕上げることでシャインマスカットや白峯を思わせる甘い香りのジューシーなIPAとなりました。アメリカンホップとはまた違ったキャラクターをお楽しみください。

Tap at Bungalow’s Hop Kotan Event. Pale gold with an aroma of grape and a slightly pissy/uric acid edge. Light dry body with a decent bitter Nelson Sauvin flavor. Solid. 3.6

Tap at Bungalow. Pale gold, oily. Malty crackers, ripe tropical fruit, citrus and light piss in the nose. Slightly sweet, lemony, a bit pissy and tropical. Very bitter.

Tap @ Beer Boy, Nakameguro. Light golden and crystal clear. Some thick bubbles on top, not a thick head but stays for a while. Light dry but sweetish nose there, fruity and fragrant. Tastes dry, light hops and light body, kind of a brut version of the IPA although its not really specified here. Clean and drinkable, just not too much character there.
