Aged slowly for 10 months at low temperatures in rare Ichiro’s Malt whisky barrels, this stout pushes the boundaries of beer. On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out dry roasted malt, wood, and a touch of bourbon. Flavour has harsh wood, roasted malt, and a touch of bourbon. Very harsh, burnt, and woody. It’s alright.

On tap at MBCC 2025, blue session. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Bready malts, crusts, fairly gentle barrels on the nose. Flavour has roasted malts, thin body, very little barrel. Not good.
