Found some notes from the FoBAB Documentary showing I was at in 2013 for beers I was not quite able to rate. This was presented simply as "Haymarket Belgian Pale Ale." So here goes. It had a malty pale ale smell that was bit lower on hops that I would expect. So for this we let the Belgian side of the beer come through, and it did to good effect. More like a regular aromatic pilsener with some interesting traits to back it up.

Location: Draft at the brewpub, 5/28/14
Aroma: This one has a solid aroma that has some citrus hops, and Belgian yeast
Appearance: The pour is orange-gold with a fairly small white head on top
Flavor: The taste is similar, decent sweetness to go along with the citrus hop bitterness
Palate: The body is medium, it pretty solid mouthfeel, and a soft-to-average carbonation
Overall Impression: I thought this was a pretty good one. Tasty beer. Nice hop component and good balancing other components as well.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy orange with a gold hue a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a nice juicy citrus note with a touch of bitterness and a light sweet grain backing. Flavor has a lots of juicy citrus with a growing bitterness that leads to a bit of grapefruit.
