やっとの思いで仕込んだピルスナーは、やはり感慨深いものがあります。今回ホップはSaaz Specialを使用、本来のSaazの特長に加え、ほんのり柔らかな柑橘香とモルトフレーバーが心地よいバランスです。

Ultra creamy, super dairy. Sorachi? Quite dry. Interesting if it’s supposed to taste like this.

Listed as a Bohemian Pilsner at Bungalow. Deep Emotion 4.9% 24 IBU Slightly darker than the Dosanko but still very pale straw gold and a spicy noble flavor. Lovely crisp medium body and bracing noble hops. A classic bohemian pils that is fresh. Apparently made with Mittelfruh and Northerm Brewer. The fact Northern Brewer was in it kind of surprised me. 3.8

Tap at Komachi. Barely yellow--almost looks like water. Strange. Decent hoppy nose though a bit faint. Flavor is wonderful, light and creamy malt with great Noble hop flavor, spicy, herbal, quite bitter with a crisp finish. Very German.
