Clear golden yellow with nice white head. Lemon, biscuit malt, and grass aroma. Mildly sweet lemon, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter grass/fresh hay flavor. Nice body and balance.

Tap at The Church by Lost Abbey, in San Diego, 28th February 2025. Last day in San Diego and almost the last beer. This is bready, light tart, fruity, mellow, straw and bitter. Good one

On tap at The Church, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out straw, clean grassy hops, and some hay. Flavour is clean, with straw, hay, and grassy. Dry, gentle on the farmhouse notes, low on the hops. Pleasant.

Can best before 3/6/23, drunk 2/12/23. Bright copper-golden. Good clarity, firm, off-white head. Promising nose of rich, honey-like pale malts and herbal hops. Clean. Bright and even quite floral. Light yellow stone fruits in the background. Flavor is different than nose suggests. Some strong pepper, moderate bitterness and a nuttier, honey-meets-caramel malt flavor. Love the texture. It's, perhaps, not as light lager-like, but who says this is a light lager. Rustic grain contributing great, chewy texture. Light bread, more herb, floral and peppery hops. Lovely balance, clean. Well-attenuated throughout despite the extra maltiness.

Bottle. Lightly hazy golden body. Frothy white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma of toasted grain, citrus, light barnyard, herbal hops. Moderately bitter finish. Medium body, watery/sticky texture. Mineral and herbs with some light funkiness. Comfortable lingering bitterness. Could be crisper.
