12 ounce bottle from the American Craft Lagers pack (a very nice pack, indeed). Dark brown, orange tint, thin fizzy tan head, fair retention. Aroma of strong roast and coffee with a bit of chocolate. The taste is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, mild raisin in the finish. Slightly bitter, oily, thin-mediuim bodied. Nice.

12 oz bottle from the American Craft Lagers variety pack. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, vanilla, roasty, wet stone. Pours black with red highlights and a thin beige head with decent retention. Taste is lightly sweet and roasty, lightly acidic, light lingering bitterness in the finish. Nice beer.
