Tap at Bungalow Teramachi. PRetty, cloudy orange-gold with red tints and a thick head. Nose is a bit of vinegar, grapes, lactic notes. Soft, smooth, lactic flavor, gapes, nice fruit all around. Lovely.

Tap at Bungalow Teramachi. BFM 1600 saison special blend 6% An opaque orange gold with a white head that leaves great Belgian lace coating the glass as you drink. Sour cork wine must aroma, tart medium body with a light acidity. Some kind of rustic tart berry notes and a certain saltiness. Really nice stuff. Does anyone know more about this brew? I talked to the staff who said it was barrel aged and has grapes added to it which explains the similarities to wine. Really good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
