Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver
Hazy blond color. The aroma is nice, fresh, some fruits, some white wine. Fizzy, soft, delicate fruit, but also a touch of cream or butter; lightbacidity, low bitterness.
Nice, fresh.

Tap at St. Augustine's. Bright gold with a light haze. Citrus and light acidity with some vegetables. Funky and not all together.

Hazy dull tan? Without much head. Bit of a funky pia nose. Yeasty, funky taste. Touch of pineapple, also quite a bit of bitterness. A bit dirty, sloppy.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out perfumey notes, some citrus and white wine barrel. Flavour is loaded with perfumey notes, some alcohol and light tartness. Perfumey finish. I'm not impressed with this.

On tap at St. Augustine's during 54 taps Beerthirst event. Pours an almost clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma is slightly winey, fruity, some barrel notes. Taste is similar. Quite nice.

Sample at EBF Saturday Slightly hazy light yellow color. Big fruity white wine on the nose with some earthy spicy yeast character. A little sweet but pretty tasty.

Tap at CYO AtG event. This was aged in 7th generation red wine barrels. Pours a clearish copper with 2 fingers of foam that linger. Yeast character really dominates the nose. Pear and apple with some light grain. Funky, but not sour on the palate. Clean and crisp. The wine barrel comes through nicely but doesn’t hammer the base beer. Very elegant. Creamy and sherry-like on the palate. Light cardamom and peppery yeast on the finish. Another homerun from AtG.
