Brewed as a traditional Oktoberfest Lager, this beer sets itself apart from other pumpkin ales by being light and refreshing. Pumpkin is used in the mash along with traditional pumpkin pie spicing in the brew kettle. A large portion of the grain used is Munich malt which gives a nice pie crust flavour to the beer.

Amber, beige head. Vague pumpkin pie spice in nose, more prominent in palate. Light malt in back, very low bitterness. Better than expected

Faint Aroma of spice, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Some nice bready malts, subtle pie crust. Good mouth feel, soft carb. Spices come through large in the finish. Medium bitterness, strong cinnamon, and cardamon, and sweet doughy bread.

Flight pour at brewery. Pours clear amber with white head. Aroma has pumpkin, some allspice and brown sugar. Flavour has pumpkin, allspice, cloves, cinnamon. Decent pumpkin pie beer.

Vague malt on the nose, the pumpkin spice was seen in the area but didn't stop to say hello. Has a foggy brownish copper body with little foam. Flavour is weak pumpkin spice, cinnamon, nothing else. Watery mouthfeel. A bad attempt.

Golden-amber. Medium head. Light spice - cinnamon mostly. Light spice, sweet malt, touch of vanilla...actually a really nice character. Malt balance is solid, I like the structure here.

Tap at the Spencer Park Grill. Spicy pumpkin pie nose. Glowing orange-amber, clear. Light body, spices and pumpkin, mostly but not too sweet. Rather clean, decent.

Pours a clean deep amber colour with a warm beige head and nice lacing. Vienna and Munich malts for aromas with toasted grains, some rusty notes that are less pleasant and hints of spices. The spices show up more in the taste. Toasted malts with cinnamon and nutmeg. Not much pumpkin is showing as beer is filtered intensively. A good idea to mix an Oktobefest and a pumpkin ale. Just lacking the vegetable.

Poured from the tap. Clear golden yellow with minimal white head. Very biscuity and corny like cornbread. Mild pumpkin and cinnamon fills it out.

Draught at the brewery
Clean amber color. The cinnamon aroma is mild. The mouthfeel is lean, off-dry, with biscuity malts and very mild cinnamon.
Appreciated because delicate.

Pumpkin and oktoberfest style, not tap things I tend to enjoy on their own. Louts clear brown without head or lacing. Pumpkin pie aroma with some not. Finishes with light sweetness and a little sourness on long term finish. Soft carbonation. Tap at volos.
