On tap at Brassneck. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Not much on the nose. Flavour has crisp cracker malts, dry grass, and straw. Pleasant enough, but uninteresting.

Poured from the tap. Slightly hazy straw gold with small white head. Straw, mild breadiness, grass hops. Crisp, quite decent.

Clear gold body and good foam, smells like soft pilsner carboard like it came straight from the can in Prague. Flavour is soft malt with a hint of hops. Smooth for sure but not nearly hoppy or crisp enough for a pilsner. And yet, still drinkable.

Golden. Citrus and a little grass. Zesty throughout. Crisp, clean and refreshing with the right amount of bite. Great.

2020-06-06, can from the brewery, batch 26, 5.5% ABV, 7-5-7-2-14=35
Golden colour. Some bread and hay, nice base, if anything a bit oily; but the hopping is on the milder side.

Not feeling this batch…
2019-05-13, draught at the brewery, 7-3-7-3-14=34
The aroma is very nice, nice malt flavour too, but a bit of chicory bitterness in the finish.
2019-01-16, draught at the brewery, 5% ABV, 7-3-7-4-15=36
Strong malt aroma, followed by noble hops, and very light manure (7+). Good mouthfeel, the malt base is good, chewy, quite sweet, as opposed to more crisp and crackery Pilsners, and then it has enough bitterness balance with pleasant noble hops character. Very good. I will get back to it more often.
2015-01-28, draught at the brewery, 6% ABV, 6-4-7-3-14=34
Blond color, cloudy but bright. Chewy cereally malts dominate, the hops are lightly grassy but could be more grassy. I feel it is more Lager than Pilsner.
Very good.

473mL growler, pours a clear straw yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out straw, light grass, and grassy herbal notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with notes of fresh grass, straw and cereal notes. Very bright and fresh, with good balance. Quite flavourful for a pilsner. Very nice stuff.
