Bottle. Pours a clear copper colour with no head. Aroma of hay, white wine, pear, almond, champagne, apple cider vinegar, horse and gooseberries. Flavour of vinegar, whine wine, hay, grapes, gooseberries and heather. Has a slick and sparkly mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Very interesting, and borderline between beer and sparkly wine.

Aroma is lactic acid, with white wine grapes, tannins and wooden barrels, as well as musty fruits and minerals. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes, with hay, white wine grapes, tannins and wooden barrels, as well as musty fruits and minerals.

Bottle shared by Adam, thanks! Pours a clear deep gold with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has white wine and sour berries with an oaky note backing. Flavor is quite sour with grapes and light berry with a oak and white wine backing.

Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, oak, yeast, fruit stones, minerals, bark, butterscotch, grape juice, old citrus peel, flowers, berry skin, herbs, hints of old cellar. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, soda powder, oak, fruit stones, sorrel, grapes, minerals, bark, butterscotch, old citrus peel, flowers, yeast, citrus acid, grass, fruit salt. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Nice.
