Tap at Watering Hole. Clear copper color with lace. Honey, bready, peaches, mostly grain in the nose. Peppery finish, not too sweet. Decent haller.

Amber pour. Lager aromas, paper and biscuits, lots of them. Tastes simple fruity, sweet and some honey there. Not so long aftertaste berries and not too long either. Seems to be brewed to the style, not my favourite style but good at what it is.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. A clear, but thick copper pour with an oily fizz head. I never new maibocks we so malty. Soft caramel malt aroma. Flavor is very sweet malt, with a buried spice hidden in there. Ton of malt that the sweetness lingers from. Also a little apple in there room Not the most pleasant beer for me, but there are some decent qualities here. A pint is more.than enough.

Brown with a light head. Strong cereal grain notes and sweet malt. Light earth hops. Medium bodied. Simple. (Had at the Silver City 20th celebration)

Golden amber colour with caramel foam. Slightly peachy aroma with honeyish overtones. A little thin and metallic for my tastes. OK as a maibock, but the style offers me little and without megamelanoidins I’m losing interest quickly.
