Tap at Ichi-ya. Cloudy orange-gold with a low, thick head. Looks like honey, actually. Orange, lemon, honey and biscuits in the nose. Nice malt richness, citrus, honey flavors, oranges, not too sweet, full body. I am not so into the style personally, but this is an awesome honey beer. It looks, smells, feels, and tastes like honey yet is very beery. Well done.

Tap at Ichi-ya. A muddy looking opaque honey gold, like a beehives wax... A thick off-white head of foam gives off a minty honey aroma. The taste is earthy honey and ginger with those wheaty thin wafers. It kind of tastes like an altered version of their ginger beer. Not bad but it is more minty/zesty ginger than sweet honey... though miles better than the last honey beer I had from them...
