Tap at Gremlin. Like a baby ISS. Aroma is red fruitiness and a touch of spice, that clove thing but easier going. Taste is good. ISS but lighter, same as in the aroma, could do with more carbonation, but nice. Bit creamy. Good stuff. Think I prefer this to ISS actually.

Tap at AB. Made to celebrate a famous breakfast place in Nagoya I believe. It’s a rich clear copper color with a film of foam and a fruity hop bouquet with just the mildest of saison hints. Medium bodied with a smooth texture and dry finish. The taste is fruits, white pepper, spice and wheat. A clean pretty Classic seeming Saison. 3.6-7

Tap at Bungalow. Orange-amber color with a light haze and a thick low head. Spicy farmhouse yeast, lots of citrus, stone fruit. Nice fruity flaovr, very spicy yeast, crisp, dry, spicy. Bitter peppery finish.

Dark golden color. Lovely hoppy dry nose with soap, lemon, funky belgian yeast, ginger in the nose. Big hoppy mouth with orange lollipop, Belgian yeast, bready notes. Very much new world and general I don’t like this overly fruity saison but this is flavorful and quaffable. Very interesting.
