Sampled at Week van het Nederlandse bier festival, Den Haag 2017. Very hazy orange with a small bubbly off white head. Aroma of light fruits, light pepper, herbal notes and yeast. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Light and this bodied with no carbonation.Earlier Rating: 7/29/2016 Total Score: 3.6Draft at Beer Temple. Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, citrus, grassy notes, gooseberry and grain. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Sampled at Week van Het NL Bier 2017 @ Grote Kerk Den Haag. Hazy golden light amber. Sweet malts, spices, vegetal funk, apple, gumball, pepper, caramel. Light sweet and moderate bitter. Hint of sour. Medium body, soft fizzy prickly carbo. Hmm.

Tap at NBPF. Hazy orange golden with a few bubbles. Hay, sweet bready malts, chalk, light flowers, apricot, dry herbs. Lots of herbs and flowers. Under medium sweet and bitter with a tart touch. Under medium bodied with no carbonation. Meh Earlier Rating: 9/15/2016 Total Score: 3.1Bottle at home. Light golden with very small white head. Herbal tea, dried herbs, flowers, light spicy yeast, sweet grains, soft soap. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Almost medium bodied with low carbonation. Meh.

Bottle @ home shared with Marte. Slightly hazy golden color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, wheat, quite citrussy and nicely balanced. Actually, I quite like it so it might not be an official saison, but it’s very nice imo. Nice one!

On tap at Beertemple Amsterdam. Pours dark yellow, medium white head. Fruity, yeasty, some spices, sweetish. Some bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

Tap @ Beer Temple, small sample. Clear yellow golden color. Big white head. Aroma’s: sweetish, fruity. Retronasal it’s mild, sweetish, candy-sugar, fruity. Flavor is moedrate sweet-moderate bitter. Light bodied. Finish is rather bitter, for me the best part of the beer.

330ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish golden colour with small, fluffy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal-spicy, yeasty aroma, notes of mustard seed, floral overtones. Taste is floral and spicy yeasty, slightly bready and biscuity malty basis with a honey touch, minimally soapy interludes; slightly monotonous and minimally watery.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 14 Sep 2016) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with citrus, grass, apricots and a touch of yeast. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, orange peel, apricots, spicy yeast, hay and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty saison. Quite nice.

[9/21/16] Draught at Beer Temple in Amsterdam. Yellow. Aroma is spicy, earthy, floral, yeasty, with some fruitiness. Flavor is spicy, floral, yeasty, with some fruitiness, earth. Medium-bodied. Decent.

Draft at Beer Temple. Almost clear light gold colour with a medium white head. Grassy spicy yeast and lemon aroma. Light sweet malt flavour, some spice and light dry bitterness in the finish. Okay.
