Draught @ cause BEER loves FOOD, Lange Leidsedwarsstraat 4-6 hs, Amsterdam, Netherlands 1017 NL. [ As Noordt Waarts ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, grain, pale malt, spicy, soapy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, soapy, spicy, malt, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20160902]

Bottle from Arendsnest Amsterdam and drunk on a train. Yes quite a tasty saison. Saison yeast aroma. good in the mouth. Some pepper and hop on the finish. Competent saison with some character. Ok. Touch of green apples.

On tap at ’Beertemple’. Clear, golden amber with a white head. Sweetish, fruity-herbal and a little floral aroma of lemongrass, straw, gooseberry and some pineapple. Sweetish, a little sourish, fruity-grassy, herbal and slightly floral taste of lemongrass, ginger, pineapple, grass and gooseberry, followed by a short, slightly bitter, grassy and herbal finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
