Orange and grapefruit nose, fairly strong. Clear amber, medium yellow head, nice lace.. Triple Sec, grapefruit. Medium body, easy carbonation, alcohol barely detectable. Quite bitter, but not that noticeable unless you’re thinking about it. Actually the bitterness overpowers the flavor, making it more bitter for bitter’s sake. All in all, a flavorful, enjoyable, and quick way to get wicked hammered.

Darker golden, still very clear. Not much foam but still a decent amount of it. Aroma is really faint, surprisingly so, but is getting more rich when the beer warms. Just a bit of resins odor, sweet berry and banana. Taste does not let me down. Full on hop bitterness, but the balance is good. This beer is highly drinkable and does not feel heavy at all. Maybe dense but we’ll that’s normal for such a strong triple IPA. Superb.

Light amber golden color. Brandy oranges tangerines with some cracker malt. Big hop assault light body, for 11.3% it drinks so easily. A bit yeasty. But superbly put together. Not overly bitter. Excellent. So fucking good

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours fairly crystal clear golden orange color with a 1-2 finger dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, apricot, mango, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pine, honey, light caramel, biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of juicy citrus/pine hops and moderate bready malt sweetness; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, apricot, mango, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pine, honey, light caramel, biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus rind bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, apricot, mango, lemon/orange rind, pine, honey, biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/pine hops and moderate bready malt sweetness; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness that increases through the glass. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, moderately sticky/resinous, and fairly creamy/grainy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a small warmth lingering after the finish. Overall this is an excellent big imperial IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/pine hops and moderate bready malt sweetness; and very smooth and easy to sip on for the huge ABV. This was well attenuated on the malt sweetness for the ABV as well. A very enjoyable offering.

Bright clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Nose of pine and resin. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine carbonation. Light malt base with equally light sweetness. Big hop spice. Resinous orange, marmalade, mild lemon. More hop spice. Touch of crystallised fruits. More hops spice. Tropical fruits emerge. More hop spice. Light hop skunk before light and hop spicy finish. Spicy tangerine linger. It’s a real gob full of spicy hop goodness but it always stays light and supremely drinkable. Hides the abv very well. Excellent.

Pours dark orange with a foamy head. Aroma of chewy caramely malts, loads of dank wet herbal hops, resin, grass and toffee. Taste is juicy, hoppy and dank wet herbal with loads of resin, grass, malts, caramel and pine. Finish is massively hoppy and resinous with some grass, pine and herbal notes. Quite hoppy.
