As Baird’s Shuzenji Hop Garden Golden Ale 2016 on tap at Tadg’s.
A glowing cloudy gold with a dense head of light beige foam. The aroma is green fresh herbs and lemon/citrus zest. Nice. Fairly full bodied and some with that fresh green hop bitterness you get from fresh hops. Super fresh at the moment with a clean bitterness. If you’re looking for a Jaoanese fresh hop beer this is one of the nicer ones I’ve had this year. Good one Baird.

Tap at Osakajo. Rich malt nose, like a rich German lager almost. spicy, peppery hops. Bready and rich with a nice body. I enjoyed this a lot.
