Bottle in trade from jcwattsrugger, thanks for the opportunity! Just a touch of haze in a light copper beverage with a frothy whitehead that persists. Lots of citrus and pine and sweet bread on the nose. Tropical earthy pine and grassy flavor with faint maltiness. Pretty good IPA, but not exactly Nirvana.

Bottle from Tops. Pale golden, hazy, thick foamy head. Belgian yeast adds a nice savory snap. Peppery, yeasty, savory. Bread, crackers, nice snap.

As Mosaic Nirvana. A clear golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral c-hops, resinous and piney. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with light treacle, pleasant resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. On tap at Maggie’s on the River.

Keg at WoB Syracuse. Clear golden, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of floral, herbal hop, pale malt. Taste is dandelion, grapefruit, pine, pale malt. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness.

Pours a slightly hazed gold into a shaker. Bright head quickly recedes to hug rim. Tangerine and mango aromas. Medium bodied with sweet tangerine and orange upfront turning to pith in the medium length finish.
