Bottle. Wheaty, bready nose, biscuits, lots of orange. Hazy orange-gold color with a thick, fine head. Lemony, grapefruit flavor, some minerals, touch of pine. Nice body. Great drinking, is not so fascinating.

Slightly hazy copper and light amber coloured body with a bit of an orange glow and a nice, three centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of malt, light caramel and toffee and a good amount of lower alpha acid hops. Medium-bodied; Relatively bitter flavour of earthy and toffee malt and some lighter hops showing some subtle pungency and a decent amount of metallic and strong alcohol twangs. Aftertaste again on the harsher side with some alcohol and more bitter malt (not hops) showing through. Overall, a decent beer that shows much more of an EPA instead of anything American a tall, but that said, it wasn’t a bad beer - just nothing great nor worthwhile. I sampled this stubby twelve ounce bottle purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 12-July-2015 for US$1,69 sampled at home in Washington on 19-September-2016.

Bottle at home in CT. Pours clear gold with a fluffy, white head. The aroma holds some pithy citrus fruits, pale bread, tangerine. Medium sweet flavor with lightly jammy citrus fruits, more tangerine, some orange, light marmalade, pale bready sugars, light pine needle bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish, with touches of citrusy and gooey hops, moderate sweetness, low bitterness. An easy drinking IPA.

Bottle: Poured a clear deep golden color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy and tropical fruit notes with light dry notes. Taste s also dominated by citrusy notes with floral tropical fruits and some pretty harsh bitterness. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable IPA but maybe tad too much bitterness for my taste.

Enjoyed multiple mason jar drafts at The Stand in Asotira, 12/26/15. Pours a slightly unclear golden color, although that could just be the effect of the glass. Nice, clean hop aroma with some floral and citrus. A bit of hay / grass as well. Flavor is along the same lines with a decent bitterness to it. A solid, slightly above average IPA, but not an amazing one.

Draft @ BCTC, Ommegang Brewery. August, 8, 2015. They served this really damn cold. Got tired of waiting for it to warm up. Aroma shows me
Wheat base with notes of hay, light citrus with light grassy and onion finish. I taste Equinox hops!! You don’t have to say it but I’m about 95% sure. Yeast is very subtle and may have shown itself if this brew wasn’t served at 10 below zero. Medium body with a dry texture.
