Bottiglia.

Bottle at share. Light golden pour, cloudy, airy head. Tart, fruity aroma with light savory notes. taste gets earthy and natural, herbaceous, sweet, lemons, grass. All over the place, but it's an old historic recipe, so it offer a glimpse into the past.

330ml bottle. Pours orange brown. Pomegranate, grass, dried fruit, nutty, toffee, tart pomegranate juice, bit of vomit in the flavour. Nice smooth body. Feel like without that grassy vomit note this might be ok.

Draft glass @ Caulier 28. Board indicated Tocalmatto Etrusca but I cannot find any sign of that beer existing & the board wasn’t very clear. Clear golden, creamy white, nice lacing. Nose is all stale yoghurt, soap, peach. Taste is yoghurt, overly sweet, sparkling, far too soapy with plastic apple,… Body is likewise, poor.

Bottle at L42 - thanks to Kenny! It pours hazy yellow - gold with a white head. The aroma is musty, earthy, tangy fruits, chewy, wood and leather. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, acidic kick, bracing, stewed apricot, peach, bit of sherbet, tannin, leather, must, alcohol kick and wood with a drying and tangy finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Pretty unusual/unique stuff. Not so bad whatever it is.
