Draught at source: pours deep gold with white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy. Taste is sweetish, lightly bitter. Not bad.

12 oz. bottle purchased at Davidsons Wine & Spirits in Highland Ranch, CO. Thanks G-unit! Pours a hazy gold color with a tiny white head and poor retention. No lacing. No distinct aroma. Bright lager flavor with a light hops finish. Somewhat flat mouthfeel. Very clean and easy drinking. The 6.8% ABV is well hidden. Not my favorite profile, but very repeatable.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 10/19/19. Slightly hazy fold, thin creamy white head, fair retention. Aroma of toasted malt and some mild vegetal notes. Taste is grain, toast, piney hops, and a bit of piney hops. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness, decent balance.

12oz bottle. Filtered looking tan body, some chill haze. Thin, soapy head. Pretty much expected Prost to come correct with this one, and they don't disappoint. Full bodied, but clean and drinkable. Mellow lager tones, sweet malt, faint noble hop balance. A lot more subtlety and finesse than most American examples. Great example of a Heller Bock.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a pale, hazy yellow, with a small, bubbly, off-white head. The nose is bread dough, sweet corn syrup, bananas and bubblegum, and overripe apples. Sweet and bready, with a bit of sharp, odd bitterness. Light to medium body, syrupy, crisp, and a little hard. This is a pretty nice, yeasty, estery bock.

Bottle from the brewery. Malty, biscuity nose, honey and peaches. deep gold. Rather sweet, with lots of honey, then gets a bit drier at the finish. A bit simple, but tasty and enjoyable.

Tap at Lowry Beer Garden - the last few Prost seasonals were disappointing to say the least, but this one was much more on point - lightly hazy gold - nose is pretty spot on for the style - rich honeyed maltiness, some light Munich character, lightly floral hops, light esters - malts are fairly rich in the flavor, but the sweetness is clean - lightly grassy and floral hops - a little spiciness - light esters throughout - there is the faintest bit of buttery diacetyl far in the back, but it is easy to ignore - decent.
