Pours hazy red with a pink head. Aroma is tart with notes of malt, raspberry and citrus. Taste is light sweet and heavy sour with a long dry, raspberry, tart and citrus finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

14/VIII/16 - 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte) @ home - BB: IV/2018 (2016-844) Thanks to Erwin for the bottle!

Clear deep bright red beer, small creamy pink head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sourish, very fruity, raspberry, almost candy like smell, little funky, dirty touch, some sulphur. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sour, acidic, fruity, quite some raspberries, bit saline, lovely stuff. Aftertaste: somewhat salty, bit acidic, lemony, raspberries, slightly metallic, lvoely fruity finish, some tannins.

Tap at Pi-Bar. Intense raspberry with a decent fruity sourness throughout. Light, very tart, lively carbonated. Decent for sure.

On tap at Patrick’s. An unclear ruby red beer with a pinkish white head leaving lacing. There’s lots of raspberry in the aroma, with a lightly funky, milky touch. Nice indeed but a bit one dimensional. The flavor is pretty much the same, but with a good dash of lemon added. It’s tart and medium bodied, with a pleasant carbonation level. Lasting raspberry and lemon finish. A refreshing one indeed, but quite one dimensional. 160811

Level 42 botteshare. Thanks to Matteo. Hazy pink - peach beer, short lived pale pink head. Palate is light, dry and has a fine crispness. Mildly bitter seltzer. Tart fruits. Some lemon acid. Little floralness. Fine.
