Draught @ 8th. BBF 2016 [ 8th Borefts Beer Festival 2016 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Närke Störtsjö Ur-APA ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, earthy notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160923] 7-3-7-3-14

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 2 June 2017) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit and pineapple. Fruity, malty taste with tropical fruit, pineapple, mango, citrus, grassy hops and a balanced citric/grassy bitterness in a sweetish finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

On tap at Akkurat. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, some soap, hops and fruit. Similar taste. Also some light hints of butter. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

Where: Närke tasting 2017-04-13, The Bishops Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm.
Appearance: Opaque golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Tropical fruit, tutti frutti, grapefruit, citrus, malt.
Body: Medium body, flat carbonation.
Flavour: Tropical fruit, malt, grapefruit, hops, citrus.

Golden with a white head - Malt and citrus in the aroma - Malt body with some citrus notes and some bitterness - The malt and hop bitterness goes into the finish - This was good

Borefts VIII. Day 2. Keg. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and finely crisp. Good clean and rich pale malts. Mild orange pith and hop spice. Dry finish. Clean if a little dry.

Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, light grassy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light aspirin mineral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
