Bottle from Two Brews, Colchester. Pours golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma of hop, bread, citrus, yeast and marzipan. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, and light sourness. Quite light body and slight oily texture, carbonation is average. Light sour/bitter fruity finish. Decent brew.

Bottle from Two Brews, Colchester. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, citrus and light spicy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. High carbonation. 170217

Bottle @ Grahams. Pours slightly hazy yellow with an offwhite head. Aroma of light malt, yeast, little spice, citrus. Flavor is light bitter, malt, yeast, fruity hops, citrus. Thin to medium body, overcarbonated. 170217

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers, yeast, citrus, malt and hops. A little too carbonated.

Keg at BD Soho, 06/02/17. Golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is lemon tinged, grassy, hay bale, light orange, white peppery spice, grains. Taste comprises yeast strains, lemon rind, apricot, damp straw, grains, light white peppery spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a ping of hops although I couldn’t pick out the Sorachi. Decent enough saison.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark golden colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity and slightly grassy, hoppy aroma, mild notes of apricot and peach, Taste is dry, grassy hoppy, hints of coconut, hints of white peach, a touch of apricot, white pepper, subtle sweetness. Focussed, well hopped, refreshing - very nice.

Bright clear gold beer, good white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has reasonable fine carbonation. Light semi dry pale malts, not that sweet. Mild tangy citrus, trace of apple. Dry finish. Mild floral bitter linger. Pretty dull!
