Pours hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: belgiany yeast, yuzu and spiced grains. Taste: yeasty and grainy.

Very cloudy, thin head. Extra yuzu, lots of milky yeast. Tart-sweet yuzu overlaid on a base of sweet, yeasty tripel that doesn’t really taste like tripel.

Tap at Osaka Castle. Rich blonde malt, typical for a tripel, biscuit, Belgian yeast spice, yuzu. Glowing deep orange color. Big yuzu flavor, rather sweet and malty, slick, oily body. Would prefer it drier.

On tap at Craft Beer Holiday. Minoh Yuzu Tripel 8% A cloudy gold with a thick head of white foam the aroma is pepper, whet and orange\yuzu. Medium to full bodied it delivers a sweet potent yuzu flavor with a boozy bready character as it spreads warmth down your gullet. It grew on me as it warmed, I liked it. I put this beer as a special but at this point I feel Minoh is basically making a Yuzu Series though I guess by accident?
