14.07.2017, 0,5l bottle (as Spur’ire de Mortagne oak smoked peaches 2016) shared @ local tasting:
Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is mild smoked, old wash cloth, minerals, weeds, fruit stones, oak, smoke, bark, broth, old hay, alcohol. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, sour grass, weeds, sorrel, berry skin, fruit stones, smoke, minerals, bark, hay, soda powder, sour fruits. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough, weird.

03/02/2017 @home - 50cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck. Thick orange brown with nice small white head. Nose has smoke, peaches, caramel, some yeast. Taste has heavy sour, sweetness, peaches, smokey touches but not overpowering, caramel, dry sweetsour fruity ending. Damn this Mortagne Series is great, almost all of them. Also this beer keeps the nice characterisics of the base beer and adds lots of other tastes. Great again. --- Beer aliased from original tick of & Friends #4 Smokin' Peaches on 12 Nov 2020 at 05:59 - Score: 7

Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a hazy medium amber with a bubbly round head. The aroma is yeast, floral hop. The flavour is moderate sweet with a spicy peach smoky alcohol palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
